Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase goods from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.
Contract
The description of the goods, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page.
We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card payment has been accepted; the order reflects current pricing and the stock levels have been checked.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Please keep your "confirmation of order" e-mail for your records.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after your order has been accepted. All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature upon delivery.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to have the goods delivered within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We cannot be held liable for any missing packages if not reported within 14 days after dispatch (UK) or 28 days (international).
Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order as we cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of our own.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods.
Our charges cover any import duties and taxes, but please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as we will not be held liable for these.
Currently we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

Right to cancel
If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us by email at enquires@truthjewellery.co.uk. In the event that we may have already dispatched your order, please follow the instruction in our ‘Returns’ section.
Returns
You can return items to us within 28 days for exchange or refund. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty/defective.
Please package the item(s) in a reasonable manner with your paperwork including proof of purchase, such as your order number and send to:

When returning items to us, we strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting. You are responsible for the return postage or carriage charges. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once we have received your items back with all relevant information provided we will aim to process your return as swiftly as possible. Refunds will be issued back to the original card payment details. If there are any problems, we will contact you.
Faulty/defective items
If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and all complaints will be dealt with sympathetically. Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded. However, we reserve the right, with some questionable complaints to inspect the items further in order to establish whether the fault is genuine. We will do our best to keep you informed of its progress.
Cool off period
You are legally entitled to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of your order and to return it to us for a refund.
Disclaimer and Liability
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site on occasions. We will try to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of the items on our site are accurate but there may be slight variations due to print and publishing limitations.
We make every effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
