We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after your order has been accepted. All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature upon delivery.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to have the goods delivered within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We cannot be held liable for any missing packages if not reported within 14 days after dispatch (UK) or 28 days (international).
Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order as we cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of our own.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods.
Our charges cover any import duties and taxes, but please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as we will not be held liable for these.
Currently we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

Standard delivery within the UK is £2.95 and is sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded post. Please allow 1 to 3 days for delivery.
Express shipping is £5 and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Guaranteed next working day if ordered by 12pm.
Europe (EU)
Standard delivery charge is £15. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.
Express delivery charge is £30. Please allow 2 to 6 days for delivery.
Rest of World
Standard delivery charge is £20. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.
Express delivery charge is £40. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery.
USA
Standard delivery charge is £30. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.
Express delivery charge is £50. Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery.
For all overseas countries our Standard delivery service is sent by International Signed For post and Express delivery is sent by DPD courier. Delivery times quoted are estimated depending on destination.
Our delivery charges are calculated to your order when you proceed through the checkout. Prices are determined by the country you select as your shipping address.
